# LED Strip L3-5M-P issues

Hello good afternoon, how are you?

Recently I bought a Sonoff LED strip L3-5M-P. For three days it worked very well, however, now it started to have problems with a specific LED.

When I turn off/on the lights, a specific green LED remains on. I don’t know what to do, can this be resolved? Or should I change the device?

Looks like a hardware issue to me. You may open a ticket via Sonoff’s support site and see if they should replace one for u 🙃
