# Kopplung nicht mehr möglich seit Version 5.0

Hallo zusammen… seit der neuen Version 5.0 kann ich keine Geräte mehr Koppeln und hinzufügen. Habe schon alles v ersucht. Ich kann nicht mal mehr einen schon gelöschten Schalter wieder hinzufügen. Was ist da los? Viele Grüße Marcus

Hi… der Schalter will sich nicht mit der App verbinden.

Video und Bilder habe ich auf den Server geladen. Hier der Link… vielen Dank schon mal.

The quick add device on eWeLink App may fail due to the compatibility of the router, I suggest you try to add the device via Compatible mode.

From the video you provided, I found that when you use Compatible mode, the blinking light indicates that the device is not in the state of Compatible mode, please follow the steps on the page correctly.

If you still haven’t added it, please let me know.

Ich habe alles versucht jeden Modus. Die Fritzbox 7590AX ist anscheinend nicht kompatibel. Ich habe dann die 7490 angeschlossen und siehe da es geht alles ohne Probleme. Trotzdem vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Viele Grüße Marcus
