# It's not funny

It’s not funny anymore; the gate keeps opening whenever it feels like it. The commands are coming through the eWeLink cloud, and technical support isn’t doing anything about it.

Most certainly it isn’t! I understand, but the log only shows that the ON commands are being issued through your eWeLink account. It doesn’t prove that the cloud itself is generating them. I’d check the eWeLink scenes, schedules and shared devices first. If those are all disabled and the commands still appear, then you have a much stronger case for an eWeLink cloud-side issue.

Are you using eWeLink Smart Home docker in Cube?

I found out that if we are controlling sonoff device using Cube via eWeLink Smart Home docker using scene or not, the log is the same like if come from eWelink App / Cloud.
