Hello, everyone. I am experiencing some difficulties and would like to seek your assistance. I have successfully installed 15 devices on my ihost.local, but I am unsure if they can be viewed using the ewelink app. Could you please provide some guidance on this matter?

Not Zigbee devices as the iHost is local. Shared devices to the iHost by the eWeLink server appear on both. If you wish to control them locally use a dashboard and save the address as a bookmark. Further afield instal the Tailscale docker image. Pretty sure there is guidance on this. It uses split tunnelling so you can mostly just leave it on.

iHost is a local smart local server as promised, so it has no-connection with eWeLink Cloud services.

It would make sense if wifi devices could be added locally without the ewelink application. And it would be great if there was a mobile app that could be used to control ihost. Something similar to what homeassistant has.
