I own a TP-Link VIGI NVR1008H NVR, with VIGI C450 and VIGI C440 cameras connected to it. I have the usernames and passwords for these cameras, and I am able to connect to them without any issues using VLC and ONVIF-compatible applications; both ONVIF and RTSP connections work perfectly. However, I encounter the following problems when attempting to connect these cameras to iHost:

NVR : VIGI NVR1008H

Substream : H.264

ONVIF:

iHost discovers the cameras automatically.

I enter the username and password.

Error message: “Incorrect username or password”

RTSP:

I enter the RTSP URL. ( RTSP : rtsp://IP\_Address:554/stream2 )

I enter the username and password.

The camera is added to iHost.

When I select the added device to view the camera feed:

Error message: “Failed to respond, try again later”

Device Name: iHost
