Hi all
Given we have red node add on, do you reckon we will have Home Assistant add on???

Home Assistant does not provide enough Web apis for devices integration. We have developed a eWeLink addon for HA using their web API , but some one of HA team said “IT IS A BIT HACK” - The official approach to accessing HA is to write integration in python - we are not familiar with python, so we couldn’t develop integration for HA as required.

Can you understand that our development engineers are not omnipotent ?

Thank you for clarifying the reality of this. What this means is the ihost is very limited for my use. I’m a bit unsure now as I believed ihost was trying to develop into a universal hub but that seems not to be the case.
