Hi, Home assistant add-on I most need on 32-bit iHost is music assistant. Currently, I am using owntone but it is not very stable… other question: will it be possible to have hardware upgrade of Ihost 32-bit to 64-bit? Thanks a lot for the support ---

I was able to install apps with Haos supervision, jellyfin, etc. The same happens on multi-system “umbrelOs” ---

Yes, the CubeOS update is scheduled for June. However, the compatibility iterations for MatterHub-related features may not be available that quickly, but they will be included in subsequent versions. Thank you for your interest! ---

According to the latest news from the Home Assistant team regarding the discontinuation of the 32-bit version, does it make sense to continue investing in the reconversion of addons to 32-bit? We are aware that HA has officially announced it will stop technical support for 32-bit systems in six months. Currently, iHost is based on a 32-bit system architecture, which means that once the support deadline arrives, new versions of HA will not run on iHost. However, devices can still operate using the previous versions of HA before that point. We have recently completed support for some 32-bit add-ons to ensure a more complete usage of HA on iHost. Additionally, we plan to launch a new generation of iHost devices later this year that will support 64-bit systems to meet HA’s hardware requirements. Thank you for your understanding! ---

Ihost was released at end of 2023. It will be outdated at end of 2025. How is it possible to modify the hardware of current ihost from 32 bit to 64 bit? Could you please find a solution? ---

My recimmendations for the new 64 Bit ihost: retain the current hardware design its so cool . The LED side bar should also.be retained. The in built Zigbee hardware firmware should be upgrradable through Home Assistant. It should not be like the Zigbee dongle plus that is not easily updated withoutcomplex flashing routines. The SSD should be easy to replace.or upgrade. The inbuilt speaker should appear as an entity on HA to be ableto be used for notifications. Forge aliances with the Home Assistant foundation. Keep up with the great work of designing reliable and cool hardware ---

Regarding to build-in Zigbee hardware, we have released [SONOFF Dongle Flasher For iHost](https://github.com/iHost-Open-Source-Project/hassio-ihost-addon/tree/master/hassio-ihost-sonoff-dongle-flasher) which does exactly what you want: flashing or upgrading Zigbee firmware on HA over iHost. Regarding to get along with [Open Home Foundation](https://www.openhomefoundation.org/) which is behind Home Assistant, SONOFF has several products that are currently in the “Works with Home Assistant” certification process. As a company, SONOFF is investing in Home Assistant and open source, what’s why now we have a small team working on iHost Open Source Project. I have two Home Assistant instances running Sonofff Zigbee hardware., only one runs on Ihost. The other one, which unfortuntely is a remote site, runs from a Home Assistant Green Hardware. Which of these zigbee dongle flashers can I use for the Home Assistant Green remote site? Can the Ihost dongle flasher solution for other hardware than the Ihost? ---

Hi @alyusuph, we have come to a conclusion that we should provide SONOFF Dongle Flasher add-on to all Home Assistant OS users in order to enable them to manage the firmware of SONOFF [ZBDongle-E/ZBDongle-P](https://dongle.sonoff.tech/support/) remotely. We should be able to release it in 2 or 3 weeks from now. ---
