Getting http error 402 via API

I’m hoping someone has experienced this problem before. I have an app that calls the ewelink API and has been working until a few hours ago. I am now getting an http error 402. Here’s the full error below:

{ error: 402, msg: 'Email inactivated' }

Has anyone else experienced this before?

I have been able to resolve this issue by regenerating my access token.

How do you regenerate the token?? Can you explain the procedure?
