Have you pressed “Do”? It may be that the watch requires you to authorize voice control. Please check whether the relevant permissions can be allowed in the settings of the Apple Watch.

Yes , if I press Do can on / off the device, is this how it do on the watch with Siri ?

You mean after the voice command, have to press the Do to on /off the device?
