# Connect devices to new different router

I got a new router with longer range so decices dont drop out anymore. Is there a way to get the devices to connect to the new router without deleting them and loosing all me scenes?

The new router should be configured exactly as the old one(SSID,Password,en cryption,etc).

There are several options to update your configuration for the usage of the new router. The most simple one is to update the SSID and password of the new router to the same as the old one.
