I bought these devices here:

I have 6 of these. The problem is that when power is applied, the relay turns on for a split second and turns off, i.e. blinks. The initial mode is set to “Off” (or the last state) in the settings. Inching settings - “off”. I sent a request to technical support with a video of the problem, and they wrote like blind people that everything was OK. But this is dangerous behavior that can lead to tragedy and cost someone’s life.

Maybe someone has encountered this problem and has a solution?

I am attaching a video of the problem: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M5peNwzN6Jathzsr3D4L2CsOoSXsdLVu/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M5peNwzN6Jathzsr3D4L2CsOoSXsdLVu/view?usp=sharing)
