# Cannot Pair Zigbee devices with Zigbee Bridge & NSPanel Pro

I have two identical sockets (S26R2ZB), and I could not get any of them to pair with NSPanel Pro v3.3.0 (contacted support with no help so far). I can see it on the supported device list here: [NSPanel Pro Supported Devices List - SONOFF Official](https://sonoff.tech/product-review/nspanel-pro-supported-devices-list/). I have placed the sockets next to NSPanel86PW and I can see that the panel acknowledges the pairing (the socket led blinks fast a few times) and then restarts the pairing process. This is a clear indication that the panel does not accept the socket.
This is frustrating. When I purchase two Zigbee products from the same vendor I expect them to work out of the box. It’s almost like these vendors want you to go DIY and not use their app or cloud. These sockets work well with Zigbee2MQTT… go figure.
I am trying to use these to extend the Zigbee signal.
Anyone knows any Zigbee Smart Plugs that work well with NSPanel Pro, be it from any other vendor, or other Sonoff products that I can use to extend the signal?

you can now try to pair it again, there was a glitch from the server side that may have caused such issues.
