# BP1 Camera Playback Issue on Different Phones

Hi everyone,

I have three BP1 cameras, and I’ve noticed a playback issue on my **POCO M7** phone.When I view recorded events, the playback starts around **20 minutes earlier** than the event shown on the timeline. The yellow event marker indicates where the event should be, but the actual video is offset by roughly 20 minutes. The playback is also quite jittery, so I have to search around the timeline to find the correct point.However, on my **Samsung A50 (A505FN)**, everything works perfectly. Playback is smooth, the event markers are accurate, and I can go back through recordings from previous days without any problems.

Does anyone know if there’s a setting on the POCO M7 that could fix this? I’ve also read that other users have experienced the same issue.Could this be a POCO-specific issue, or perhaps an Android compatibility problem?Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
